2027 Medicare Plan Updates – Quality Choice Insurance

I highly recommend attending an Annual Enrollment Meeting

Please read ALL correspondence from Priority Health regarding plan changes for 2027

Valued Clients,

We’ve been reviewing the information on Medicare plans for 2027. We want to share updates and highlights in a simplified format so you can feel confident about your coverage for 2027. After reviewing everything I still feel Priority Health is our recommended company of choice.

For those of you in regions 1,2 & 5 (Please see enclosed map for regions), your current Priority Health plan will continue and automatically renew. Current plans have minimal changes, and those changes will be highlighted in the update letter you receive from Priority Health. I do, however recommend that you attend one of our Medicare meetings to learn “in person” about plan changes and to have an opportunity to ask questions regarding any changes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Vintage and Vital plans are not being offered for 2027. If you are on one of these plans, your coverage will terminate on 12/31/2026. As a result, you will need to come to one of our Medicare meetings to choose a new plan for 2027 and complete a new application for your 2027 Medicare coverage plan choice. We will have the necessary paperwork there for you to complete and will help you fill it out. Your new plan will go into effect on January 1, 2027. 

What’s Staying strong?

• The Key, Edge and Value plans continue to be my recommendation for 2027. 
• Extras you care about:  
• The Key and Edge plans still have no monthly premium.
• All plans now include basic dental care through Delta – you will still be able to purchase the “buy up” for dental & vision no matter what plan you choose.
• Diabetes savings continue: Members with diabetes will still have a $35 copay. 
• New additions to prescription drug reduction plan

If you live in regions 3 or 4, (see enclosed map), you should have received my letter regarding your current Key plan. The Key plan is being terminated in those regions at the end of 2026 (12/31/2026) and being replaced with a new North region plan called “Latitude.”

You WILL NOT automatically be moved into the new plan. You will have to complete a new application with us at an enrollment meeting. We will have the paperwork ready for you to fill out and will help you to complete this change. This plan will be affective 1/1/2027. 

REMINDERS:

• Don’t forget to bring your Medicare card to the meeting with you. Your Medicare number will be needed on any new application you complete.
• Be careful of scam calls that come every year around this time. These calls are fraudulent and will attempt to move you into a new Medicare plan. Never say “yes” to anything included whether you have Medicare A&B coverage! Call us with questions.

Help a Friend or Family Member

Do you know someone on Medicare who has questions and would like a “real” person to talk to? Invite them along to a meeting so we can meet and talk to them and see if we can help. We are happy to adopt them into the Quality Choice Insurance family so that they have ongoing support.
