Quality Choice Insurance was founded with a simple goal: to make quality insurance advice accessible to everyday people across West Michigan. Originally established in 2005, the agency transitioned to independent ownership in 2009 when Jack Draper purchased the business from ChoiceOne Bank. Since then, we’ve proudly served clients throughout Sparta, Muskegon, and surrounding communities with honest, personalized guidance.
We specialize in helping individuals and families—especially those 65 and older—understand their options for Medicare, life insurance, health coverage, and retirement income.
Meet the Owner – Jack Draper
Jack Draper brings over 42 years of insurance experience to the table, serving as a trusted insurance professional for generations of West Michigan families. A veteran of the U.S. Army, Jack understands the value of service and commitment—and brings that same mindset to every client interaction.
Jack’s philosophy is simple: take the time to listen, explain clearly, and help people make decisions they can feel good about. Whether he’s answering Medicare questions or guiding a family through a 401(k) rollover, Jack is known for going above and beyond—including helping clients navigate those frustrating automated phone menus when needed. He’s not just your insurance agent—he’s someone who actually picks up the phone when you call.
